Check and receive updates on the location, direction of travel and speed of the ‘wandering’ individual through any device with an internet browser (e.g. smartphone, tablet or PC).
Multiple users can use the system simultaneously, allowing a network of family, friends and carers to be updated on the individual’s whereabouts.
The device works anywhere in the UK or Europe. The Insoles need to have mobile signal, and the person doing the tracking will need an internet connection (mobile data or WiFi).
Charging is simple, just align the target on the GPS Insoleswith the white sticker on the back, with the target on the charging pad. The light will go solid blue when charging.
Motion-activated means usage is efficient, especially when the individual is resting or still.

Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Depending on usage, between 24 and 72 hours. The device has a clever feature where it goes in to ‘sleep’ mode when the wearer is stationary for a long period. So if they’re watching the telly with their feet up, it won’t be constantly sending location signals (and therefore draining battery).
Q: How long does it take to charge?
It takes up to 2 hours to charge from empty to full battery.

Length: The insoles are to be trimmed down size on arrival. They come in either size UK 4-9 or 10-14

Battery life is 1-3 days depending on how far and fast the individual travels. Don’t worry, you will receive warnings when the battery level is getting low.
As there is no ON/OFF switch, the individual cannot deactivate the device.

SIM card for the device included with every purchase, this cannot be exchanged for your own. (The sim card is on the Telephonica network).
‘Next day delivery’ means the next working day and only if ordered and paid for before 4PM GMT Monday to Friday. You must also sign up to the monthly payments and answer the questions we’ve sent via email before we can send out your order. Please note the GPS tracking insoles must have the tracking portal set up overnight before being dispatched, so will often be dispatched the next working day.
*Subscription cancellations must be given at least 30 days before the billing date (1st of each month). The full monthly subscription will still be due and non-refundable if the device is returned, this is because it will have been connected for the time it was owned.
