What’s the culture like?
How we interact and what we represent

We’re a people-first company where our personalities shine through in what we do every day. We take our job very seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously and have a laugh whilst doing everything to the highest standard. Basically we know when to have some fun and when to get our heads down.

It’s important that our team reflects our customer base and wider society, so we encourage applications from all cultures and identities for a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What are the hours?

We understand you have a life outside of work and whether it’s family, friends or hobbies, a great work-life balance is really important for physical and mental health.

Older people don’t just need help Monday to Friday and our technology supports them 24/7, so we operate a 5 days on, 3 days off schedule, allowing us to help customers 7 days a week across multiple teams.

This means you may be required to carry out work on weekends, however we’re flexible about this and are open to discussion on which days work for your situation.
