If you opted for the GrandPad to be remotely managed by someone, that person will get an email when the GrandPad is dispatched. This email will allow the GrandPad to be set up remotely, adding contacts, photos, applications and more. You can also invite other friends and family members to be part of your network, so they can contact the GrandPad user from their device.


GrandPad support is pro-active and personalised. The Grandpad user will be assigned a designated support agent, who will reach out to them to check they're getting on OK and help introduce them to different features etc. They're highly trained and experienced at working with older people and those who are less tech-savvy. Your Grandpad/s will be sent via tracked express delivery and delivered within 2 working days. We'll send you an email with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
